Projects, Pausing, Persisting
Hello All,
Just a quick notice to let you know that I’m pausing the subscription billing at the moment. Not because I’m quitting Soulspun Kitchen, but because I have a lot of projects on my plate, so I won’t be able to deliver genealogy and food history to you as frequently as I normally do.
I’m very excited about the projects I am working on. One ties-in directly with this Substack. It’s a lengthy nonfiction proposal that requires a good deal of research and it’s been front of mind, lately. I need to give it some time. Other projects are still history and story-based, but they are in the library or the cemetery.
I’m over on FB and Instagram if you’d like to keep up with me more frequently in a social media setting.
And I am always happy to see you in-person. Here is my Events Page. If you like lectures on genealogy, gravestones, folk tales, or women’s history, these are for you. I’m often in New England’s historical societies, cemeteries, and libraries - and I would love to see you there. Most events I do are free and open to the public.
One I’m particularly excited about will be a close look at the Warren Village Cemetery in Warren, Vermont in September.
I’ll also be rolling out the Legends and Lore Tour, in the fall, in Forest Hill Cemetery in Derry, NH. As always, I’ll be exploring more New Hampshire Folk Tales and cemetery iconography at a variety of libraries.
Please reach out with any questions and have a wonderful summer!

Good luck, Erin. I like “cemetery sleuth,” one of many cool titles you’ve earned.
All things in their times... Good lux w/ all the projex!
