Champagne Cobbler from A Bachelor's Cupboard

Well, it turns out I really can go on about Amy Lyman Phillips. Nevertheless, I’m really excited to share this Champagne Cobbler recipe (and history) with you. Recipe starts at 2:57min if you can’t wait! It’s the perfect cup for a Valentine’s or Galentine’s Day celebration. It’ll also suffice to bring along with a good book, some noise cancelling headphones, and a snuggle with your favorite pet.

Champagne Cobbler

Ingredients:

Shave Ice

Champagne

Vanilla or Strawberry Ice Cream

Strawberries

Sugar

Directions:

Put ice in a blender and process until it looks like shave ice. Fill a wine glass with shave ice. Put a teaspoon of sugar on the top. Slowly, in intervals, fill glass with champagne. Top with strawberry or vanilla ice cream. Garnish with strawberries. Serve with a straw and a spoon. Enjoy.
